The Free plan and its limit

#What the Free plan includes

The Free plan includes 10 prescriptions in all. A prescription counts once you sign it, including any you sign during the Pro trial, and the count does not start again each month. Drafts do not count until they are signed. Patients, visit history and every printing option are not limited.

Starter and Standard have a monthly allowance instead, which starts again on the 1st of each month (India time), and Pro has no limit. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.

#A heads-up before the limit

Once you have used 80% of your allowance (8 of 10 on the Free plan), a note appears at the top of the app:

It is only a heads-up, and nothing is blocked. Press See plans to compare plans, or Not now to put the note away on that device. On a monthly plan it comes back next month.

#At the limit

When the allowance is used up:

• You cannot start a new prescription until you choose a paid plan. On Starter and Standard, the 1st of the next month also lifts it.
• A draft is not previewed or printed until it is signed.
• Every prescription you have already signed still opens, prints (with or without your signature), downloads and emails, as always.
• Nothing is deleted.

#Finishing a draft you had already started

If you were in the middle of a prescription when the limit was reached, you can still finish it. Open the draft and you will see this at the top, and again when you press Sign & print:

You can finish this draft. Starting a new prescription will need an upgrade.

Make any changes you need, then sign it. Once signed, it prints and emails like any other prescription. It counts as one prescription past the limit. If you had more drafts open, they stay saved, and you can keep editing them and sign them once you choose a paid plan (or, on Starter and Standard, from the 1st).

#Downloading all your data

The full download under Settings → Your data gives you every patient, prescription and signed PDF. While your account is at a limit (prescriptions used up, or storage full), it works twice a calendar month. If you have asked for your account to be deleted, you get one more that month. The PDF of any single prescription still downloads at any time.

#When storage is full

Stored files (signed PDF copies and documents you attach) have their own allowance. When it is full, nothing stops: you can still write, sign and print prescriptions, but their signed PDF copy is not saved and documents cannot be attached until you add storage or choose a bigger plan. Nothing already stored is deleted.

#Choosing a plan

Open Plan & billing in the app. A paid plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, and new prescriptions can be started straight away.
