- Is it really free?
- Yes. Type your details, download the PDF and print as many copies as you want. There is no sign-up. The pad carries a small “Written with RxKite · rxkite.com” line at the foot of the page.
- What should a prescription pad in India show?
- Your name, qualifications and your registration number with the council that registered you; the clinic's name, address, phone and timings; and space for the patient's name, age and sex, the date, and the prescription itself. Under the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct) Regulations, 2002, the registration number belongs on every prescription.
- A5 or A4?
- A5 (148 × 210 mm) is the usual Indian prescription pad and fits most OPD prescriptions. Choose A4 if you print on ordinary office paper or write long advice.
- Can I print it at a local press?
- Yes. The PDF is vector, so a printing press can print it sharp at any quantity. Ask for 70–80 gsm paper and a gummed top edge if you want tear-off pads.
- How is this different from RxKite?
- This page makes a blank pad to fill in by hand. RxKite fills it in for you: find the patient, type or pick the medicines, and print a legible prescription on this pad or on the pads you already have, with every visit kept on file.
