Service delivery policy
How and when a RxKite plan is delivered after payment.
RxKite is online software. Nothing is shipped.
Delivery
- A paid plan is activated on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You see it in Plan & billing, and we email a receipt.
- If a payment succeeds but the plan does not show within an hour, write to us with the payment reference and we will activate it or refund it.
- The service is used at rxkite.com in a web browser, on a computer, tablet or phone, anywhere in India.
Shipping
There are no physical goods, so there is no shipping, shipping charge or delivery address. Prescriptions you print are printed on your own printer.
