Cancellation and refund policy
How to cancel a RxKite plan or AutoPay, and when you get your money back.
RxKite is software sold to doctors by subscription. Patients never pay RxKite.
Cancelling
- Plans paid once (a month or a year) do not renew. There is nothing to cancel: when the period ends, the account moves to the Free plan.
- AutoPay can be turned off at any time from Plan & billing. No further charges are made, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Deleting your account is possible from Settings → Account. You can export all your data first.
Your patients and prescriptions are never deleted because a plan ends. Only the monthly filing allowance changes.
Refunds
- First payment: if a paid plan is not what you expected, write to us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- Charged by mistake: a duplicate payment, or an AutoPay charge made after you turned AutoPay off, is refunded in full.
- Otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refunded, but you keep the plan until the period ends. Changing plan converts the days you have left, so nothing already paid for is lost.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
How to ask
Write to support@rxkite.com from your account email, with the date and amount of the payment. We reply within 2 working days.
