Affiliate terms

These terms are between RxKite ("we") and each person we accept into the RxKite affiliate programme ("you"). You accept them when you finish setting up your affiliate account. The programme is by invitation: we choose who joins, and we can decline anyone without giving a reason.

#Your link

• You get one link, like rxkite.com/affiliate/yourname. It belongs to your affiliate account only, and its code is never given to anyone else.
• A doctor is referred by you when they open your link and create a new RxKite account within 60 days. If they open another affiliate's link after yours, the later link counts.
• Only new doctors count. A doctor who already has, or had, a RxKite account (for example, the same registration number or mobile number) is not a new referral. Your own account never counts.
• We may hold a referral while we check it, and we may decide it does not count. You will see this in your portal.
• If a doctor tells us you referred them but the link did not record it, we can add the referral by hand before their first payment.

#What you earn

You earn 25% of every payment each doctor you referred makes to RxKite in their first 12 months, counted from the start of their first paid plan. After 12 months you earn nothing more on that doctor.

• Every payment counts the same: the first payment, renewals, upgrades and extra storage.
• A yearly plan earns on its whole amount at once. It is not split month by month.
• A month is 30 days, so the 12 months are 360 days from the day the doctor's first paid plan starts. A payment counts when the time it pays for starts within them. The count does not pause: a doctor who stops paying and comes back later is simply further along.
• Commission is on money received, before GST. Credit given when a doctor upgrades is not money received. If a payment is refunded, commission on the refunded part is reversed.
• Each line is rounded down to the paisa.
• The rate shown in your portal is the rate that applies to you. If we change it, the change applies only to doctors who sign up after it; doctors you already referred keep the rate they joined under.

#Payment

• Each commission line becomes payable 30 days after the payment it comes from (our refund window).
• We pay once a month, by UPI or bank transfer to the details you gave us, once at least ₹500 is payable. Smaller amounts carry over.
• We verify your payout details before the first payment and whenever you change them. Payouts wait until they are verified. Changing them needs a code sent to your email.
• Your portal shows every line, what is waiting, what is payable and every payout with its transfer reference (UTR).
• Where Indian law requires it, we deduct tax at source (TDS) and give you the details. You are responsible for your own income tax. If you are registered for GST, give us your GSTIN.
• If we pay you commission that is later reversed (for example, after a refund), we may take it off your next payouts.

#What you must not do

• Send spam: unsolicited bulk email, SMS or WhatsApp messages, or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
• Say anything untrue or misleading about RxKite, its prices or what it does, or make medical or legal claims on our behalf.
• Present yourself as RxKite or as working for RxKite, or use our name, logo or look-alike domains in ways that could confuse people.
• Bid on "RxKite" or similar words in search or social advertising, or run ads that send people straight to your link, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
• Offer doctors cash, cashback or a share of your commission to sign up, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
• Create accounts yourself, use other people's details, or arrange sign-ups that are not real doctors choosing RxKite.
• Hide your link, place it without people clicking it, or use any trick to be credited for sign-ups you did not bring.

#Privacy

You see the doctors you referred only by their initials, with when they joined and whether they are paying. You never see their contact details, patients or prescriptions. Do not try to find out who they are through us. We keep your name, contact details, PAN and payout details to run the programme and meet tax law; payout details are stored encrypted. #Ending

• Either of us can end your participation at any time by email.
• Ordinary ending: your link stops counting new sign-ups and commission stops for payments after the end date. What you earned before it is paid, even below the minimum.
• Breaking these terms: we can close your account straight away, and commission not yet paid is forfeited.

#General

• You are an independent affiliate, not our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make promises on our behalf.
• We may change these terms. We will email you before a change that matters applies; if you do not agree, you can leave, and what you earned until then is paid.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
